Studio 10 salon suites was created with the Salon Professional in mind. It offers salon professionals the opportunity to start their own business with very little investment. We offer a beautiful setting with an upscale “spa’ feel. Stylists are able to own and operate their own salon without the hassle and expense of facility management and maintenance. About Our Stylists

Our independent stylists are committed to providing you the highest standard of style and quality. They are super creative and have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your desired appearance. Some of them have decades of experience in the Cosmetology world. All of our stylists operate their own business in their own completely equipped studio salon. The Stylist offer a wide variety of services: the latest trending color techniques, cutting edge hair cuts, and the most luxurious hair treatments; as well as a variety of waxing services. Rent Includes:

• A luxurious atmosphere. Your clients will feel comfortable around every corner.
• Salon Equipment. Each suite is equipped with a styling station and mirror, stylist chair with mat, shampoo station, dryer chair, and color bar with sink.
• Utilities. All utilities are included except your phone.
• Cable TV. Each suite is equipped with cable for a TV. The cable is included.
• Phone line. A phone line is provided for a credit card machine if you need it.
• Suite finishes. These include tall ceilings, track lighting, and terrazzo tile flooring. Exterior suites all have outside widows, and all suites have widowed sliding doors to the main hallway. The suite can be painted and decorated to your choice.
• Acoustic Privacy. This ensures a quiet and respectful setting.
• After-hours Security system. You can operate your business with peace of mind.
• On-site laundry facilities. It is commercial equipment for fast washing and drying.
• Waiting Area. The waiting area has ample seating and a flat screen TV.
• Internet. Each suite is wired for internet. The building also has free WIFI for you and your clients use.
• Break room. The break room is equipped with table and chairs, a refrigerator, microwave, sink and cabinets.
• Public restrooms. There are men’s and women’s restrooms for you and your clients use.
• Intercom entry. The is an electronic entry systems that allows you to let your clients in by means of your phone.
• Marquee-directory. There is a directory so your clients can contact you.
• Product sales. You are able to stock and sell any products you wish and you keep 100% of the profits.
